These standards apply to Zapex profiles, tokens, live streams, battles, replays, Moments, and conversations. Zapex is operated by Zapex OÜ and is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
What is not allowed
- Public nudity, pornography, sexually explicit content, or sexual solicitation.
- Graphic real-world violence outside a legitimate news context, glorification of violence, or credible threats.
- Harassment, bullying, hate speech, impersonation, doxxing, or sharing another person’s private information without permission.
- Fraud, scams, market manipulation, illegal activity, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
A news context does not permit content that exploits victims, promotes violence, or endangers a child.
Child safety standards
Zapex prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of children, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to solicit sexual content or contact from a minor. These prohibitions apply to real, altered, and generated content.
Content that violates these rules is subject to removal, and responsible accounts may be restricted or suspended. When we become aware of suspected CSAM or child exploitation, our responsible contact assesses the report, restricts the affected content as appropriate, preserves evidence only as required or permitted by law, and reports to the relevant regional or national authorities in accordance with applicable obligations.

Report a concern
Email [email protected] with the profile or content link, public wallet address if relevant, and a brief explanation. For a live stream, include the token and approximate time. Do not attach or forward suspected child sexual abuse material. A link or identifying information is enough to report it.
If someone faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services. For an account or content restriction you believe is incorrect, contact the same address with the relevant details so it can be reviewed.
